05011-02 Boccia Titanium Earrings

Beautiful earring; clunky back

I wanted a small, light weight earring as an alternate to the ones I wear day and night. The Boccia earring is light and small and beautiful, but the back is big and clunky. Impossible to sleep in. The post is thick and way too long. The butterfly backing is too big and very difficult to slide off the post. The back of this earring is out of proportion to the delicate front. Can I send the earring back to have the post shortened?
