I wasn’t able to find a part through the typical sources such as Softub themselves and they recommended me to this store. The delivery wasn’t quick due to Covid so make sure you plan it out, but it arrived. The piece was priced well and I need help with installation which this store was very helpful in providing. Will come back.

Perfect gaskets for my Softub

These gaskets were exactly what I needed. My old gaskets we're old, decrepit and crumbling away and these were perfect replacements. Excellent customer service as well!

The parts and the tool worked perfect. We are now using our hot tub and it is not leaking.
