Ordered Arnica gel as per suggestion by my aesthetics professional. To use on my lips after getting the lip filler. It did help a lot to soothe the pain and to minimalise the bruising.
Also because when the weather was sunny and I spent a lot of time outdoors I accidentally got sunburnt on my legs. Used Arnica gel to cool down the sore legs and it worked miracles.
Would definitely recommend.
