I never received the order, & I ordered it 5 months ago

Never received the package, checked every delivery and post office as well as confirmed with the recipient that they were home when the package was to be delivered but nothing came. Emailed support multiple times to try to reorder, track the package or receive a refund but never received a response. Poor customer service and would not trust this site/company again.
