What's with the traveler?
Z-Wave is a pain. Devices just don't hook up to the network simply. I was always having to remove the device after a failed connect just so I could try again. And then on this GE switch you can't just simply replace a three-way switch. The traveler from the other three-way switch really confuses the GE switch. Wasted a lot of time discovering this. Had to leave the traveler disconnected.

Very Poor Customer Service
I purchased and installed two Z-Wave wall switches. One switch worked correctly. The second switch operated my lights, but the Z-Wave feature appeared to be defective. I contacted customer support via email, and received a return email with incorrect instructions about how to reset the switch that appeared to be defective. I sent a second email to customer support asking for additional instructions about how to reset the switch that appeared to be defective, and received no response from customer support. I contacted the manufacturer of the switch, and after completing some troubleshooting steps with the manufacturer, it was determined that the switch was defective, and should be returned to the vendor. I sent a third email requesting an RMA to return the defective switch for a replacement, and received no response. There is no way to contact this vendor by phone, and all communication is via email.
The vendor advertises "Simple Returns" on their website; however, requests for returns go unanswered. This is no way to run a business.
