Joe's Stuff Bayou Blend

I discovered this seasoning on a trip to New Orleans last November at a class held at the cooking school. I bought a bottle there and used it on so many dishes that ordering it online was a necessity when I ran it. Now it's a staple in my pantry.

This is the best seasoning around

Really like this seasoning on fish and meats. Not too hot but still tasty and spicy. Used in a meatloaf on Traeger and it was great.
