I initiated a return for this item and found the associated policy to be highly problematic and unfair to the consumer. I was required to cover the cost of return shipping, and an additional $26.00 was deducted from my refund amount. Including the cost of shipping and an additional restocking fee, my total financial loss for this transaction amounted to approximately $50.00. Due to this experience, I will not be a returning customer and cannot recommend this company to others. Furthermore, the policy contains a concerning clause stating that the company does not guarantee receipt of returned merchandise and reserves the right to withhold a refund if the item is lost in transit. This unfairly transfers the logistical risk from the business to the customer.
