Beautiful shoes with amazing customer service

Bought a pair of Carlos Santos Handgrade Austerity Brogues in Guimares Patina. I was hesitant because I normally wear wide sized shoes, and that really limits the options for comfortable, quality dress shoes without going MTO/custom. I was recommended size 11UK (I normally wear 10.5UK extra wide), and admittedly was a bit hesitant. But they were confident that the shoes run wider than average, so I went with the recommendation. I have to say, these are my best fitting, and most beautiful dress shoes to date. I've had pairs from Florsheim to Allen Edmonds to Aldens. And these are my favorite hands down. I nearly regret having to wear down the hidden channeled soles. Would highly recommend and would shop again.

For the new year 2026, I had a plan to redo my wardrobe. The shoe department is something I had always lacked in. I was still wearing 5 year old rockports that even when new, weren't sufficent for my suits. I had purchased 2 pairs of allen edmonds but before they arrived, I read online about their quality today. Then I found Noble Shoe and specifically the Carlos Santos line. I ended up ordering a pair. Before they shipped, Kostas reached out to me to make sure the size was right. We exchanged many emails and before the 1st pair arrived I ordered 2 more pairs. The ones that have arrived are magnificent. I also ended up buying 2 new suits, and during the fitting, all store employees as well as other customers commented on the shoes being beautiful. Will definitely be back, thanks Kostas!
