Silver Necklace SP249 and Bluebell earrings E253-s

Essentially the necklace and earrings are lovely pieces of jewelry which is why I hesitate to complain. I was surprised and disappointed when I received the jewelry to see the backs of the earrings and necklace were a rough finish, not polished or finished like the front of the pieces. I'm assuming there must be some technical reason for this. Also, the chain the necklace came with is much simpler and plainer than the very delicate, lovely design shown on the web page. The chain was part of the reason I picked that necklace.
