I ordered this as a birthday present to match earrings I bought my wife on Orkney. Unfortunately there were none in stock and it had to be made, so Ogham contacted me in good time to let me know the delivery date (a few days after her birthday and when we would be on holiday). I asked them to delay delivery until we returned, but instead they pulled out the stops an got it to me in time for the birthday. What great customer service. The pendant was beautuful, as expected.
