I love this set so much! I took me a while (some months..) to work my way through it, first I was a bit overwhelmed because there are so many different ones. First I did choose them by their smell, which I like most? But then I worked with them. Where do I feel I need to be calm? Where got I need a splash of energy? Biiig step was when I learned the palm breathing technique from the subscription box. Now I love to feel, choose and then use one before medition. Or..put them on my feet for a more subtil way. Honestly I can't choose which one I love most. There are some which smell sublime, others are super powerful if you take the chance to get them know. Highly recommend them, these and the Chakra spray are so far my favourite products <3
