Hickory Smoked Turkey with Cracked Black Pepper

I was disappointed with this purchase the turkey was tough and dry. I prepared as directed. I've purchased through Neiman Marcus 3 times and had a winner turkey dinner my family looks forwatd to my bougie turkey as it was labeled but this time i purchased directly to cut out middle man and reduce cost anyway this was not as expected my Easter dinners only protein was not as tasty or moist as wirh my previous purchases.

It was tasty, just not as smoky or flavorful as I imagined.
