Great shirt but medium is HUGE

I have a medium shirt in the lighter weight T that fits perfect but this one is huge. Great design and I wish I could wear it. Had to return a hoodie and pay for shipping that back then paid for shipping again to get this. Hate paying for shipping. Already washed this in hope that it may shrink but it is still huge. May get a smaller one.
