Still a very good coffee. Not happy with the price increase

There was a price increase of 35% which I thought it was excessive. The coffee remains very good and delivery times were good. However, given that there is a delivery charge and an increase that high, I might have to stop ordering

Great customer service

My order was sent incorrectly, I revived a smaller bag than ordered. One quick call and the issue was rectified, I got my 1kg order and was allowed to keep the 250g that was sent incorrectly. That’s how you do customer service 👏
