Took about 3 months to receive it, making it unavailable for the function I wanted it for. The bow-tie is perfect.

Took several months to receive the irfered product as opposed to thecstated dekivery date. Lackluster product with very poor placement of the star in the middlebof the product.

I had a little hiccup with an order. I had two of the three ties I ordered show up. With an email and one phone call they took care of me. Great people to with with. The ties will look great, would recommend product and company to anyone.
