Great customer service

I originally ordered laces with gold metal aglets only to discover they wouldn’t fit through the eyelets of my sneakers. Alex was super understanding and after returning my original order, he sent out these laces plus a screw on aglet kit as requested. He even threw in some sneaker wipes for free! Would purchase from here again (:
