Super supportive, comfortable gorgeous to look at. mine have held their shape quote niceless after about a month of use. However, the vegan synthetic material lacks breathability. Even with the heel cutout, these shoes start to smell after a couple hours of use. But that's a worthwhile price to pay for the functionality of these shoes. If you're practicing in them a lot, I'd recommend wearing socks, not only to prevent the stank lol, but to keep the metal eyelets from digging into your skin. The laces allow for proper adjustment between wearing socks and barefeet. I am a regular shoe size 7.5 and I have wide feet. I sized DOWN to a 7 and they fit perfectly in terms of both length AND width.
