I like the heel on these they feel very stable. Have danced in them a few times already and am very happy.

Recently got back into pole fitness, and man, I forgot how much I love a pair of Pleasers! The Adore 7" in the perfect dance shoe, YES, even for beginners (or begin-agains). They've added terrycloth padding to their soles since I bought my last pair, so these are shockingly comfortable for what they are!

The perfect shoe

These were my first ever pair of pleasers and they are perfect. Very beginner friendly and very easy to walk in. Truly think this is the perfect beginner/first shoe!!
