Unfortunate

Ordered one size up, just in case. They were STILL too small. Trying them on the first time to see if they fit split the polyurethane material in the back from the heel up the calf, making it all start to flake and peel off instantly. This pretty much voiding my ability to return the boots. Love the aesthetic and feel of these though everything else was pretty much a massive disappointment with my first order here.

Very comfortable and easy to walk in. . . I thought my feet and legs would be killing me after wearing these all night. Just check the weather before going out, I was walking on sleet/snow when going home.

These boots are beautiful, high quality and weirdly comfortable. They're the first pair of heels I've had that provide arch support. Beautiful and worth every dollar, they're even true to size. My only complaint is the lacing, these shoes use hooks like when you lace up a pair of skates. So every time you unzip them and take them off the laces unhook and you have to retie the entire boot again which defeats the purpose of a zipper. Absolutely beautiful and will buy again, just prepare to be lacing for 10 minutes every time you put these on.
