I have been doing business with Shoe Freaks for a few years and have always been happy with their customer service at Shoe freaks as well as being happy with my purchases. Being a CD with big feet it's hard to find women's shoes that fit, Shoe Freaks has a very large selection of both large and wide shoes. On rare occasions I need to return a pair for bad fit, it has neve been a problem. I do comply with their return policy though.
