Continue to answer your customers when they have a problem with the product! My wedding sign that I spent $280 canada came up for the Capital "P" in the last name to look like an capital "O". Company did not even care they just sent it up thinking good enough. Email the company the best they could do was give me $27 dollars off to buy another sign from them and to get it proof before the send it. So basically if a want a sign that is actually right I have to spend another $250 canada to get a decent product and I got blame for not asking to get the product proofed before they sent it.
