Not quite what I expected

I have purchased three pair of the same shoe in the past and have loved them. Because you did not have the woman's size I required, I went with your recoomendation on size with the understanding that they would have the same fit. To my disappointment, the fit is quite different. I had to do some stretching on my own to make the fit somewhat better. Still not perfect. Disappointed that it didn't live up to the past purchases.

Best shoelace free slip on shoe that is comfortable and can wear all day.
