High quality cod liver oil. I like that it comes with the ice pack and price was reasonable.. Taste is also very good! The delivery was fast.

Kid approved

The kids get excited when this comes out and even ask for it when I forget. They have it mixed into pineapple juice. I take it neat and it tastes fishy but fine.
