I thought a wall mount was included in my purchase and inquired with their customer service department. Their team went out of their way to answer my questions and then surprised me when they sent a wall mount to my office. They did not have to do this because it was my error thinking I purchased it in my large order. However, the customer service department went out of their way to ensure I was completely satisfied with my purchase. I bought the home and car kit bundle. What really stands out about this first aid kit over others is the high quality standard that the kit is built to. The fabric of the first aid kit itself and the zippers mean that the bag will last a long time. The layout of the bag is well thought out and labeled. The service was good, the free delivery option was very quick, even in the middle of a pandemic.

Well organized. Much better than other kits I've purchased. Has room to add additional items like cold packs, medications and personal needs.
