These are my go to file tabs, I vuy them a lot because I use them in all manner of books, journals, and planners. They are low profile so do not bulk out the books, and look classy

Favourite index tabs

I wish I bought more of these. They're great quality and don't damage super thin paper like Hobonichi and Stalogy. They're easy to apply and don't stick out much from the notebook like other tabs.
