Don't sell something that you cannot fulfill

I purchased the Co-biome MetaXplore GI Plus test with a Personalised Microbiome Consultation through Nourishme Organics. Unfortunately, my experience has been deeply disappointing due to consistent communication failures and unfulfilled service commitments. After placing my order, I received no communication for several weeks. Only after multiple follow-ups did I finally receive the necessary form and testing details. The test kit from Co-Biome itself was excellent, and their testing kit and educational materials were comprehensive and informative. I completed the test and returned my sample as instructed. Three weeks later, Co-Biome notified me that my results were ready and had been sent to the practitioner (Nourishme Organics). However, this is where the service completely broke down. Despite the consultation being a purchased component of the package, I received no follow-ups whatsoever from Nourishme Organics. Once again, I was forced to chase them for the post-test consultation I had paid for, only to be met with silence. This level of service is unacceptable. If you cannot fulfil the complete service you advertise and sell, you should not offer it to customers. Fo anyone who's interested in Co-Biome MetaXplore gut microbiome test, I would recommend purchasing it from more reputable practitioners.
