MG 1/100 Char's Gelgoog (Ver 2.0)

A kit so nice I built it... three times (Insert Newtype sound here)

I love this kit. The Gelgoog is one of my favorite mobile suit designs and Bandai knocked it out of the park with this 2.0 MG kit. This is the third version of the Gelgoog 2.0 that I have built after the p-bandai Uma Lightning and Johnny Ridden High Mobility versions. This kit has a detailed full inner frame that is so beautiful it is almost a shame to put on the outer armor. There are moving parts and pistons, especially in the chonky feet, a movable mono-eye, and plenty of thrusters that can be adjusted for dynamic posing. Some of the mobility in the legs is a bit limited but this is purely due to the suit design and not limitations of the model's construction. The weapons are perfect, especially the iconic Gelgoog shield and the rub-transfer "Zeon" decal is a nice touch. It is also nice to have two different blade options for the naginata. You can't go wrong with this kit, especially if you like mono-eyes or Char suits. A++

Hard to find

The Gelgoog 2.0 kits are super hard to find. I have a handful of conversions I'd like to do so when they came up ON SALE, I jumped at the chance. These are wonderfully built with an excellent inner frame.

Since this is a 2.0 kit, it's a fairly solid piece. Worth the outlay if you want to set up a duel between the RX-78 and Char.
