I purchased a belt as a Christmas gift for my husband who is a sailor. It arrived immediately in a beautiful box with tissue paper. It seemed a little too short so I emailed customer service. They replied quickly and suggested I purchase a second larger belt so I would receive it before Christmas. Then after Christmas return the one that didn’t fit. I was so impressed with the suggestion and the ease with which everything worked out. I received the second belt in plenty of time and my husband loved it. It’s the only belt he will now wear.
