Super service

Excellent service from the Equicizer team. I posted a photo of my Equicizer that I had taken to a function. While there the large rubber bands had broken. Frank saw it in the photo and immediately contacted me that I needed to replace them. Which I knew and ordered shortly there after. Frank shipped them for free with instruction of the repair. I paid for shipping since I had ordered a few other parts as well. But then they refunded the shipping to me anyway! Super service! Super nice people! Super great product. Would certainly reccomend them.

Great company!!!!

As always, customer service was outstanding!!! Frankie emailed me to ensure that there weren’t any problems with our product that we were replacing and sent the items out fast. We got our Equicizer back in good working order in time for our therapeutic lessons. I adore this company!!!
