Refining Toner Swipes

I have needed this product without knowing it. The swipes are loaded with goodies and, for me, work better than a cotton pad and separate toner. I have pretty oily skin and this keeps the rebound oil at bay, and works as a great refresher in the afternoon when needed. It feels amazingly effective and has evened out my skin tone and impurities with just 3-4 swipes a week.
