Make sure yall twist the lens to adjust the focus when needed lol. Great camera and i passed my first proctored exam of many with minimal issues!!

I only unboxed and tried using this camera yesterday because I needed it for a proctored exam, which is when I discovered it was defective. I called the help desk and I tested it across three different computers, and none of them recognized the device connection. I trusted the product would work since I purchased it directly through the university portal, so I didn't test it upon delivery. Due to this issue, I was forced to cancel my exam and am requesting a resolution/refund. Disappointing!
