Perfect fit

This was my second time ordering from them. My first tux was amazing. Everything has been great. Till I got a little fatter and needed to replace before a big event. I got my tux and shirt and, they sent the wrong one. Not only that but the tux I ordered which was two sizes larger than previously ordered fit the same (tighter than I wanted) and it just feels like they changed the materials etc (that’s fine it’s been a few years but worth noting) still a nice tux but I miss the fun striped lining. I reached out to customer service and with no time left I had to make do. When I got back, I got a reply. They offered a replacement or refund but the shipping label had the wrong name and address incl. email saying it was attached to my account. I have now sent 3 emails back stating this was not my address. Nor should it be attached to my profile. The other person replied with the same facts. It’s now been multiple weeks and I’ve not heard anything.

Looked like a million bucks!
