I recently discovered Fresh Sends and have already placed multiple orders because I absolutely love the concept! The packaging is so cute and unique and makes receiving the flowers feel like such a special gift experience. One of my recipients absolutely loved everything, and as an extra surprise, the ranunculus in her bouquet happened to be her favorite flower! I had an issue with another order due to an address mix-up, which was my mistake. I reached out to Fresh Sends to see if they could help, and their customer service truly went above and beyond.
