Final wipe does what it is supposed to!

Cleans well. Great on plastic and sensitive substrates.

Greg Gouveia advice

Greg supplied significant advice relative to the application of the 770 series primers. The HR398 was a positive factor but gun settings, ambient temperature, reducer % and 80 grit initial sand were major contributors to a successful project.
