iPhone koa wood cover

I have previously submitted a low score review. However, after contacting Pono the issue has been resolved. I was unhappy with the etching in the wood as it appeared distorted. Pono advised that some smoke residue is the cause. A quick polish and problem resolved. Love my Hawaiian island iPhone cover as well as the prompt response from the team.
