Rapid Set Mortar Mix and Flow control

I am a rep. For Rapid Set Cement in Ohio. I make these birdbaths during trade shows and demonstrations, everyone loves seeing these as they are demolded 1 hour after casting and completely done. I have made multiples and the molds perform fantastically.

A really high quality mold

I have now made two bird baths with this mold and am very impressed by the quality. The plastic is very strong and yet flexible enough to unmold easily. There are no undercuts and while separating the areas with square sides at the base and top was not easy, it was not impossible. The only prep I needed to do was ream out the bolt holes a little so I could get the bolts in. (And the package contained several extra bolts in case I lost any, which is a nice touch.) In all this was a high value, and I expect to get plenty of use from it, even though I'm not in the business of selling bird baths.
