Amazing!
I was dubious about OvaEasy's claims about their product, having had previous experiences with "dehydrated eggs" in the military, but I decided to give them a try anyway. I have been so pleasantly surprised by the texture and taste of these eggs, and the ease of preparation, that I plan to keep them on hand for the rest of my life!
