I guess you get what you pay for. The Ava band looks so cheaply made, like something you would find in a costume jewelry store. I'm returning this and do not have high hopes for any other item in this store.

The rings are beautiful and great quality. Will always buy my travel rings from them but I purchased in store and tried on and the staff could not be more rude or unprofessional. DO NOT recommend them in terms of customer service or experience
