Beautiful product ! My kitties love it !
My new Habitat Haven catio was sponsored by the Prince William SPCA and I am so grateful ! The PWSPCA and the company designers were able to accommodate my needs for a design to fit on my deck which I really appreciate. My kitties can go in and out through one side of my french door since they were able to shift the opening to the side. The panels were easy to attach with the metal pieces which bend to connect them. The cedar planks are absolutely beautiful and truly flat, with no rough edges. I'm very impressed with how they finished the planks, like fine cabinetry ! Also, having a friend to help is a good idea, but it could be done by one person. I'm thrilled to have this beautiful structure which will keep my former ferals happy and content for many years.

The neighbor’s cats are jealous!
I highly recommend the window attachment for your cats! I hired a company recommended by Habitats and was incredibly pleased at the results. The catio is off my greatroom window above my garage and I was scared to death about the cats falling. The guys stood on the inside of it while putting on the finishing touches to show me how incredibly sturdy it is. I’m expanding it next year with a walkway to a structure I will buy from them in the spring. Cats LOVE IT!!

Worth the effort
We’re so happy with this enclosure and it seems like our cats Asajj and Isosceles are, too. It’s been up for 2 days and they’ve already spent hours birding out there. It’s spacious and airy while feeling extremely secure. We love that it is so modular and hope to add to it in the future. Assembly of the enclosure was very straightforward and I could easily do it myself. Mounting it required two of us and took some strategy to get the large unit positioned up high behind our pergola and near our bulkhead where we were constrained for ladder space. We’re thankful to have new windows that fold down allowing us to work through the open window to achieve some of the work, and we purchased 2 12” drill bit extenders to span the full 22” width of the cage where we couldn’t reach from the window. It took time and effort, but was manageable with our moderate skills. The instructions highly encouraged calling for advice, however we stubbornly did not take advantage. The floor planks came in the same length as the catio however it would have been helpful to get them a little shorter because it was too tight to fit them in without bowing the cage. Additionally, they were too wide so we could not fit all 3 boards side-by-side (last 2 boards overlapped by almost 1”). We cut off some of the length (0.5”) and width (1.5” off one board) ourselves for them to fit and allow some gap for drainage. We don’t have great equipment to do this and imagine others might not, so one bit of constructive feedback I’d provide HH is to cut a little smaller for a better fit. Ultimately based on the website description, I expected some hands-on work to do and it was worth it for our beautiful catio window box and we hope to expand with a tunnel to a standing enclosure next year.
