Heart Name Necklace

Wish it was a little more dainty

Took awhile to receive the personalized piece due to the holiday but they did offer a free gift while waiting which was awesome customer service. The piece itself is just ok. I feel like the heart is too big and the clasp attaching it to the chain is big and bulky. I was expecting something a bit more dainty. Can’t comment on quality since it’s only a couple of weeks but so far so good.

Good quality, delivery took forever. Followed up multiple times about when it would arrive and it seemed like the company overpromised and undersold.

Nice piece

Really like my heart necklace engraved with my baby girls name, even thinking of adding another charm also. Really wish I could give it five stars, but my only complaint is the ring or loop that goes on the chain is way too big, which in my mind takes away from the charm, and probably also the reason the charm moves on the necklace so much 😔😔 Really hope the design on that part is reconsidered. Sad bc it will probably void the warranty on my piece but considering getting that fixed to my liking locally some time down the row, of course not even sure how much that work will be $$
