Was sent expired product

I was sent an expired case of these tubes. I received them and upon opening the box 2 days after delivery I saw they were expired by 4 months, I emailed 3 separate times to try and fix this issue and have heard nothing back to this day. Would really like to know if there’s anything that will ever be done to fix this issue.
