Definitely would recommend MemoryStitch; I couldn't be happier! If you have shirts you don't want to wear out, but wish you could look at, this service is for you! I personally don't have the sewing equipment, time, or knowledge to make such a quilt at the moment, nor do I want my prized shirts to be subjected to my first quilting attempt, so this was an obvious solution. For the very reasonable price of $232. 59 all in (a 50% off coupon plus cheap shipping from Pirate Ship for a 16 lbs, 16 by 13 by 12 in box from Los Angeles), I ordered a full-sized double sided premium quilt with 14 inch larger graphics using 60 shirts. I cut the T-shirts myself (the most nerve-wracking part, since there's no going back), allowing me to customize the layout. I would say get the quilt you want if you can afford it, since it's not like you can have this done a second time. I received my quilt in about 6 weeks; the workmanship is great, and was exactly what I detailed in my submitted photos. The only thing I was unaware of before ordering is the long-arm stitching on the premium quilt uses white thread, so if you have black T-shirts, the stitching is quite visible. This isn't an issue for me, but something to be aware of.

I purchased a custom t-shirt quilt on 1/2/2026. The business committed to supply me with a long-arm t-shirt quilt with shirts I supplied to be used according to my instructions and pictures provided. I supplied the company with photos of the t-shirts to use including the front, back, or both sides of the shirts. I was explicit and supplied photos and directions to ensure no issues or errors occurred. I inquired about the shirt placement on the quilt. The company reassured me that any shirts that are used that included both front and back would be on the corresponding front/back panels. They were not. The long arm stitching on the entire quilt was poor quality and overlapping. One of the shirts was not used in the quilt. Again, this information was supplied for fool-proof error. The business has not tried to resolve this with me. I have repeatedly tried to call. I spoke with someone named Jem on 3/17/2026 and he assurred me that his supervisor, Riza, would call me back by 2:00pm this day. That did not occur. I have tried calling multiple times throughout the day. When I call, I hear clicks and delays during the wait time for someone to answer the call. I tried to reach out via chat bot to contact a live agent. Chat bot informed me it could connect me with a live agent but then indicated it could not help me. Better Business Bureau has been informed.

Disregarded my notes. Cutting was perfect, design disregarded my one instruction - keep these colors together. Picture provided. Those 6 shirts were not together, nor were they on the same side. Designer chose to put all prints on the right, solids on the left. Very disappointed. Should have provided the layout myself.
