The lemon ginger kraut is a WINNER! So delicious! I eat some almost every day. 😋 Found my favorite way to incorporate it into lunch - just put a few forkfuls mixed into a can of tuna with just a small tsp of homemade mayo for that moist creamy texture and voila! Healthy lunch in a bowl! The lemony flavor and crunchy texture pair perfectly with the tuna. (trying the carrot-dill-ginger for the first time today - it’s yummy too) Thanks Fermenting Fairy for doing the work for us!
