Great customer service and advice on products

I ordered a pair of Evolv at an amazing discounted price, unfortunately they did not fit me well. I also ordered a pair of trail shoes and happened to be passing the shop. After receiving some great advice and product recommendations the staff actually refunded my purchase knowing it was not the best choice for my needs, and I will certainly purchase the more suitable product from here after their advice
