Fuel cap was discontinued from Ez-Go and this was the exact fit. 3.5 in dia is not a common size but easier to fuel and access with new fuel can spouts.

Gas cap
The only place I could find the original replacement gas cap for my zero turn mower, that is 15 years old! Delivered fast and new in the package, and fit perfect!
