This product was received with the top of the stand completely severed from the base. I don't understand, because it most likely would have been welded or fixed in a permanent manner. The interior box appeared old and beat up. Did this product come out of a warehouse somewhere in another country where there was no quality control? I ordered it on 11/25, sent it back with proper photos to document, and NEVER received a replacement. I contacted the company multiple times and got no reply except from an online agent who told me the replacement is being prepared. I missed using this for my Christmas table which I wanted to accompany the other pomegranate piece I have. I am not a happy customer, this is the second product I ordered in the last few months that had defects. I am going to have to think twice about ordering Aram products that I have really loved and sent to others for gifts in the past.
