Salthouse XL - Copper Industrial Factory Shade Pendant Set - 14.5 Inch

Great product but..

The Salthouse XL copper lampshades are gorgeous and deserve a full 5star rating but- I didn’t order with the pendant and have been trying to communicate with the store for almost 3 weeks with no success. I’ve now ordered the pendants - a week ago and I hope I’ve ordered the right ones but these have not yet been delivered and I’ve had no comms to say when they will be. Disappointing after care service for customers.

Product outstanding

The product is superb very authentic and look fantastic, delivery was slow and customer emails just ignored, no telephone number to pick up the phone and talk to anyone

Difficult to contact

Very prompt delivery but returns have proved difficult. After sending four emails, still no reply. Returned goods, although they were very good quality, we’d ordered the wrong size. We returned them anyway, still nothing 2 weeks later. Worrying as the lamps were over £200
