Good choice

I was surprised at the heavy weight of this shoe horn, but find it pleasing to handle and use. It is unclear from the illustration online, but the shoehorn is finished with matte black paint on the underside and both sides of the curl. I was expecting all polished metal. I gave the longer version to my son-in-law as a gift, and he was delighted. This is a keeper.
