The product itself is beautiful, but I ordered it in late November and it took a full month to arrive which made it arrive to my Mother after Christmas. I ordered it early and had it sent to my house in order to wrap it and send to my Mom. I couldn’t get any information on shipping status along the way. I reached out by phone and email to no avail. They couldn’t tell me if the product was unavailable or anything related to why it hadn’t been shipped. In this day and age people want things quickly. I don’t think however, it should take a full month to receive an item. Won’t be ordering from them again.

Absolutely Beautiful
This piece has become a favorite of mine. It looks beautiful as a centerpiece on my dining room table and works very well for hot dishes. I would highly recommend it.

Trivet is a functional and gorgeous work of art. Beautiful to behold. Amazing craftsmanship that it actually is flat enough to serve as a trivet.
