Fit not as advertised

I bought these hats because the Instagram ads were very convincing on how they they claim to have fixed the fit problem with this type of hat. These are made in China, quality is not bad, but not good enough at this price. Point at 50 bucks a hat, and the fit is not as promised. The only reason I'm giving this two stars is because of the exchange process was easy, though they only use USPS and they use the slowest possible shipping method.
